Hello, I got this error today, last day I was playing eu with no problems, no windows. Beyond that, the decision to stay with SM 3.0 shouldn’t hinder real-time graphics much. HELP graphics card detected does not support Shader Model 3.0 in EU4. If I had to guess, I’d say it won’t happen in R520 and NV50 if they’re limited to SM 3.0, but that’s just a guess.
